About A lot of my work has been for public agencies and development organisations: road-hazard alerts for Nepal's Department of Roads, weather advisories for farmers, offline audit tools for a Swiss fair-trade certifier, and the Government of Nepal's citizen portal. Those projects share a constraint — the app has to work on a mid-range phone, often with no signal — so much of what I do is offline-first sync, sensible retries, and error states that say what actually went wrong. Right now I'm co-founder and lead engineer on a factory-floor system for garment manufacturers: the app is Kotlin Multiplatform across Android and iOS, the supervisor side is React on a NestJS and Postgres backend, and the scan stations run their own firmware. Selected work

Scan ERP — factory-floor system for garment manufacturing, built end to end. Scan ERP Go is the mobile half: operators scan QR-tagged work bundles through cutting, assembly and QC, from one Kotlin Multiplatform module shipping to Android and iOS. Scan ERP Pro is the web half: supervisors assign jobs, gate machine check-in and watch the line live, on a NestJS and Postgres backend, with ESP32 scan stations reporting through a Raspberry Pi bridge. Piece-rate pay falls out of the scan data rather than being counted by hand.

DOR Navigate — real-time road and bridge closure alerts for Nepal's Department of Roads, with flash-flood warnings and an interactive hazard map.

Krishi Mausam Sallaha Pranali — advisory app for Nepali farmers, pairing localised weather forecasts with crop and pest guidance. App Store · Google Play

Build in milestones — each milestone ends in a build you can install and use on a real device.

Store release — Play Store and App Store submission, review feedback handled, listing prepared.

Handover — source, CI pipeline and documentation, so another developer can pick the project up.
